Bright Wellness: Disability Fitness Service offers support with health & wellbeing goals through the following programs:

  • 1 to 1 personal training

  • Small group exercise programs (2-3 participants)

  • Group exercise programs to day programs, schools and disability workspaces.

  • 1 to 1 healthy living mentorship, providing support with skills such as cooking.

  • ‘Bright Wellness At Home’ - customised programs for independent workouts

  • Assisted stretching support

How to Pay

 

The following NDIS funding categories can be used to receive support from Bright Wellness: Disability Fitness Service

  • Core Funding

Each Program Includes:

Individualised Session Planning

Whether you are involved in 1 to 1 training or a group fitness program, Bright Wellness carefully considers the physical, emotional and behavioural needs of each individual in our programming.

Goal-Orientated Support

All programs are designed and delivered with the objective of achieving an individual’s health, wellbeing and social goals.

Health Mentorship

Bright Wellness strives to build meaningful relationships with all our clients. We are here to support our clients with other life goals that contribute to better ‘holistic’ health.

Fitness Assessments

Each client has the option to partake in a series of fitness & skills-based tests to measure their progress. This information can be used for NDIS reviews.
