My name is Ben Brightwell and I am the owner and head trainer at Bright Wellness: Disability Fitness Service.
Our Approach
We take exercises and movements that are effective in improving physical fitness and modify them to the individual’s ability level. By adjusting exercises to your specific level, we ensure that you are appropriately challenged while maintaining a safe and accessible workout routine.
In our programs, you will find a combination of strength training, cardiovascular workouts, proprioception exercises and sports-related games. We aim to improve your health and fitness in the most engaging way possible through personalised support.

We assess your needs and select a range of exercises that will help improve key health outcomes. Our coaches support you through these exercises during our sessions, making modification when needed. We progressively challenge you to ensure sessions and engaging and effective.
